„Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Grand Avenue Apt. as it was sub-par to all those I've stayed in. It offers only the most bare basics in the kitchen (eg, only 1 small pairing knife, minimal utensils, no corkscrew or bottle opener, and no cooking supplies), the view is only from the street (not the apt), the wifi continually went out, the AC only cools the bedroom, and the mattress was lumpy and broken (listing significantly to one side against the wall).
