„If you are looking for a campsite athmosphere, and historic cabins, meaning old, badly maintained and small cabins (we stayed in Tumble Inn), then this is the place to stay. The surroundings are beautiful, the lake water is clear and brown (due to the woods) and hiking trails are easy to reach. Positive: after initial complaint, the friendly staff spent two hours to clean the cabin and the windows, which improved our stay a lot. “

„Overall it was an amazing long weekend. We had a few hiccups but there was easy communication and solutions were found. Loved that we had used of the kayaks and the outdoor fire pit was a perfect location. Even though the host clarified that the property was sprayed for excessive mosquitoes, I highly recommended bug spray if staying out past sunset, they left tons of bites between myself, husband and children. „We had a wonderful winter getaway at this cozy chalet. Its was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and easy access to enjoy. The sauna and hot tub were amazing and offered our family the quiet, rest and relaxation we were looking for. HIghly recommend! “

„This review is primarily based on the way that the owners behaved. The place was fantastic don't get me wrong but they really took what I had done for granted. First there was no cold plunge made available to which they should have made it clear. Second, there was a electronic gaming device known as the Wii which needed two AA batteries per controller to replace. They only had AAA. So I offered to go out of my own way to get some new batteries not just for us but for the next group of people. ...
