Mare del Sud is a beautiful seaside villa near Donnalucata, a picturesque village on the southern coast of Sicily. Its setting is truly unique—the villa sits directly on the beach, offering an unbeatable location for a relaxing seaside escape.

From the main terrace, simply step through the gate and follow a short wooden walkway to find yourself right on the sand, just moments from the sea. Several beach clubs are also within easy walking distance.

Inside, the villa features a spacious living area and five comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a stunning seafront terrace, as well as a second, more sheltered terrace at the back of the house, complete with a covered veranda and barbecue area—perfect for open-air dining and relaxing evenings.

Mare del Sud is also ideally located for exploring the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and Noto, as well as the lively coastal town of Marina di Ragusa. Fans of 'Inspector Montalbano' will also recognise nearby filming locations such as Sampieri, Punta Secca, and Donnafugata Castle.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
