„There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. “

„The staff was really helpful with the luggage and answering any kind od questions. Thanks to Mr. Nader I could even check in earlier! I liked the fact that I had my peace throughout my whole stay, no one was bothering. The only two things I didn‘t like was the insufficient cleanliness of the apartment (the rug was full of stains) and the alarm going off 2-3 times in the middle of the night for no reason waking me up every time. Other than that I really enjoyed it.“
