Whether you're soaking in the private hot tub, playing pool in the games room, or stepping straight onto the golden sands for rock pooling and surfing, this is the ultimate Yorkshire Coast family escape.

The Layout
Our modern, light-filled home has been carefully set up to give families space to relax, play, and connect.

The upper floor is dedicated to relaxation and taking in the breathtaking scenery. Step out onto either of our two private balconies to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the surfers, or sip a glass of wine as the sun sets over the bay. Upstairs you will find two generously sized bedrooms, both featuring luxurious king-size beds, with one benefiting from its own en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor is perfect for children and extended family. We have two large bedrooms, each furnished with twin single beds (four singles in total), alongside a spacious family house bathroom. For those travelling with little ones, travel cots are provided to save you packing space.

Entertainment & Amenities
Rain or shine, the kids (and adults) will be entertained. We’ve converted the garage into a dedicated games room complete with a pool table and dartboard. Inside the house, you'll find a selection of family board games and ultra-fast Starlink broadband (300+ Mbps), ensuring seamless streaming for movie nights. A dedicated utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer means sandy beach towels and wet swimsuits are easily sorted.

Step outside to your private garden and sink into the bubbling hot tub—included completely free of charge. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the coast.

The Location
Cayton Bay is one of the Yorkshire Coast's best-kept secrets. It offers a quieter, wilder alternative to the bustling nearby resorts, while still being right in the heart of the action. The beach is a massive, family-friendly sandy bay with no seasonal dog restrictions. It’s a renowned surfer's paradise, home to the Scarborough Surf School where you can book lessons or hire paddleboards. The dramatic 150-million-year-old Jurassic cliffs are also a magnet for fossil hunters.

You are perfectly positioned for exploring. We are just a 10-minute drive from Scarborough (Scarborough Castle, SEA LIFE, Alpamare Waterpark), 15 minutes from the golden sands of Filey, and a short drive from Flamingo Land Theme Park.
