Being in the centre of town you are in walking distance of various restaurants, cafe and shops for your every need. There are also a number of very good takeaways almost on your doorstep with a variety of different foods. Both the north and south bay beaches are close by.

Getting Around:
The property is located on Castle Road a walking distance from the railway station and the bus stops that serve Scarborough.

Other Things to Note:
The toilet on the first floor is also a utility room with washer and dryer for your own use.
