Scamander Beach House is the BEST space to enjoy the East Coast! Located in the heart of Scamander, you're able to soak in the most amazing views of both the river and ocean - a rare combination. Perfect for families or a group of friends, you are located only a 400m walk from the river mouth which has all bases covered. Skate park, playground, takeaway shop, pub, coffee shop, and our favourite beach on the coast. The property is spacious yet cozy, you will love staying here.

Located in the heart of Scamander, the home overlooks both the river and ocean from most angles! Perfect for families or a group of friends, Scamander Beach House is a great space to base yourself and explore our region, or settle in for a few days to unwind and recharge.

A mere 400m walk from the Scamander River Mouth which has a takeaway shop, restaurant, pub, skatepark, playground and coffee shops. Our favourite spot is the beach, which you can enjoy all day long!

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a home-style meal. We provide basic consumables provided (olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar). We have a coffee pod machine with complimentary pods. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas cook top and large oven!

Bathroom - The upstairs bathroom has a spacious spa bath, which you're welcome to use! We have the luxury of a walk in shower, as well as large vanity.

Laundry - We have a separate laundry with tub and space to organise your tribe. We have a washing machine with complimentary powder, as well as a clothes line or airer (depending on the weather). We don't have a dryer.

Lounge - The lounge space is the heart of the home, boasting an open plan concept with lounge, dining, kitchen and balcony. A smart TV is available, however BYO account and hotspot (no Wifi).

Dining Room - The dining room table seats up to 8 guests, perfect for a sit down meal overlooking the ocean.
