Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht nach Ravello. Schon alleine die Aussicht verdient 10 Punkte. Das Essen im Restaurant ist qualitativ sehr gut und sehr lecker. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück als Buffet mit Croissants, Eiern, frischen Obst, Käse , Salami, Schinken etc. Großer Parkplatz im Hotel. Zimmer mit tollen Balkon und Blick auf Ravello. Nur knapp 1,5 km zu Fuß nach Ravello, durch Dragone Park.

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel wächst einem ans Herz, sobald man eine Routine entwickelt und weiß wann und wo, was passiert. Der Ausblick von den Terrassen und dem Pool ist atemberaubend. Das angeschlosse Restaurant ist wirklich gut und hat moderate Preise. Wir würden wieder herkommen auch wenn jetzt schon alles in die Jahre gekommen ist. Definitiv aber ein anderes Zimmer buchen. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer, mit Minibad und quasi Vogelkäfig als Balkon. Leider nur Ausblick auf Wände und Gestrüpp. Das Bett bestand aus 2 zusammengestellten Hilfsbetten samt Matratzen. Zimmer Nr. 4 ist also gar nicht zu empfehlen.

War ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub!!! Das familiengeführte Hotel war sehr sauber, das Essen lecker und vor allem der Pool war toll. Insbesondere die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich.

Ein tolles Haus mit Garten und Pool. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer mit Klima, W-Lan, Kühlschrank ist perfekt, obwohl Bad und Möbel retro anmuten, jedoch nicht störend, da piccobello rein. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig mit Extras, die der Hausherr persönlich serviert. Alle Mahlzeiten outdoor - stimmiges Ambiente. Wohlfühlen vom ersten Tag an. Das Haus ist zu 100 % empfehlenswert !

The best of this hotel are the views. Our room had wonderful view of Ravello, and the terrace where breakfast is served also. In general the hotel is ok, it has everything you need, everything is clean, and staff is nice. However you can see that the hotel is quite old, furniture and decoration are from 20 years ago, and they did not renovate much. Location is good, close to Scala, and in around 30 mins walking you can reach Ravello.

Traumhafte Lage. grosszügiges Ambiente
Am Steilhang gelegenes älteres, schön in die Landschaft eingebetteter Bau. Stilvoll gestaltete Räume, großzügige Flächen, weitläufige Terrasse mit gepflegtem Schwimmbad im Freien. Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, etwas klein, aber Ok. Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden.

Une vue exceptionnelle et un cadre magique
L'hôtel est perché sur les hauteurs de Sacal et la vue donne sur Ravello. Nous avons eu une chambre très spacieuse avec un très grand balcon donnant à 180 degrés sur la baie d'Amalfi et le beau village de Ravello et les montagnes . Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la patronne Anna-Maria est très gentille. Il y a une piscine très agréable, même si on aurait aimé pouvoir en profiter plus tard que 18h ( heure de fermeture) après les visites de la journée. Le petit-déjeuner est bon avec du bon pain et un choix de salé et sucré tout à fait satisfaisant. La vue est partour exceptionnelle. Nous avons aussi testé le restaurant qui est delicieux avec des plats maison et fins. Nous avons été tristes de ne rester que 3 nuits. Un endroit à recommander sans aucun doute.

We arrived Monday and their restaurant does not open on mondays. They were kind enough to prepare us a meal since we had not eaten at all that day. Francheska and Ana Maria, our hosts for the time being, was amazing!!!

Booked and paid for 2 but left after 1 night!!!
The facilities were not up to our expectations nor was the breakfast. We did not expect any luxury but anyway. Wild? cats outside every door trying to get inside. Cat poop found around the pool AND inside the bar while having breakfast. The old lady in the reception and everywhere was very nice. The younger receptionist gave us an ok and informative welcome the first day. The second day she was just irritaded to any questions from anyone and even towards a couple who checked out in the morning, who just have had to wait 40 minutes for someone to arrive at the reception desk!!! They for sure will not come back either. We were unsure if we would stay or not the second night but after seeing how customers were treated by the receptionist we decided to go somewhere else. The receptionist had one couple to wait for 40 minutes at the desk before any service, but when we took our first set of bags to our car, before checking out, the gardener was sent by the receptionist to make sure we were not leaving w/out paying!!! So at that moment she was very alert :-). Custom service rule #1. If you are having a bad day, do not let it go out on your customers, because it is most probably not their fault :-)

The views are incredible! Breakfast was nice, very handy having a nice restaurant on site when up in the hills. The pool was great and the building was very unique.

Meget skuffende oplevelse
Ingen service overhovedet. Receptionisten var nærmest aldrig på hotellet, og kunne kun kontaktes ved at man tog fat i nogle i restauranten, som kunne ringe til hende. Vi betalte ekstra for et større værelse, men det skulle vise sig, at vi fik et endnu mindre værelse på omkring 12kvm, som bare var et rum med to opslåede springmadrasser (Se billedet). Derudover henvendte vi os, da vi havde problemer med myrer på værelse, hvortil vi fik beskeden om, at vi kunne gå på det nærmeste apoteket og købe noget spray mod dette. Alt i alt en mildest talt ringe oplevelse af hotellet.

All the rooms shown seemed to indicate sea view ours did not. There were a lot of stairs and although there is a lift some may struggle with being placed at the top of the building. That said it is an old building and quirky which gives it its charm including the original reception desk from when it opened, I believe about 90 years ago by the grandmother. It is well run, clean and the staff friendly. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Stay up in the mountains
The hotel was located at the end of a winding road in the mountains so the drive took some nerves. The service of this family run hotel was excellent. However, the hotel is seemingly old and some what out-dated. On the other hand, the views were outstanding and we even had air conditioning. Breakfast was quite normal, i.e., limited but the tables had amazing views. The hotel is good for the price.

Overall a good stay, but not as expected after reading other reviews. A great pool area with a beautiful view, but 2 out of 3 days the pool was occupied and crowded by families (open for public??). Also felt the staff didn’t pay expected attention, the only one with 100% service was Sofia who supported us to reserve a restaurant table in Ravello.

Hôtel avec installations vieillissantes qui est resté dans les années 60/70 Le confort est sommaire. Nous sommes des billets de banque ambulants L'hôtel fait payer aux locaux la piscine, ce qui en fait une piscine municipale peu reposante... Très cher par rapport à la qualité des prestations Le petit déjeuner, certes existant, ne présente pas de produits qualitatifs. Attention, ils font payer également le minibar 3€/jour si vous souhaitez y mettre votre nourriture et boissons.

Had a lovely relaxing stay. Anna Maria the lovely lady owner could not have been nicer. Cheerful and helpful looking after her guests herself along with her friendly staff members. Would recommend staying here and easy to reach surrounding areas Ravello and Amalfi.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area, including lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables, was beautiful and comfortable. We appreciated that they had beach towels to borrow too. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, and we enjoyed the delicious dinners twice while we were staying there. The view from the hotel is spectacular and the location is quiet with plenty of free parking. The facility is a little bit dated, and the bathroom in our room was very small. Get a room with a balcony if you can, it's a great place to sit and enjoy the view of Ravello (which you can walk to in about 25 minutes) and the ocean in the distance. Bus service to the Amalfi coast towns is available in Scala, which is an 8 minute walk from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and picturesque villa. The staff were the highlight for us. Friendly and personable. Went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. Rooms are a bit outdated but this could also be a matter of taste. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, we enjoyed it. The hotel is located in an area that is easily accessible by bus, just make sure you don’t miss it, cabs will charge an extortionate amount for a 15 min ride to the coastline. My only complaint is the wifi at the hotel. It was weak and spotty a lot of the time. I hope this gets fixed. Otherwise lovely stay, would definitely recommend.
