„This place was walkable to everything (no hills, no golf cart necessary) and the host was fantastic! Check in was easy and the private pool was an absolute must for the heat (we visited in June so it was still very humid). Great kitchen and plenty of outdoor space to relax with the kids. „Communication from the owner and the property manager was excellent prior and during the stay. Our property manager helped arrange round trip private transportation from the airport, he had golf carts delivered when we arrived, and he arranged for a private chef to cook for 19 people. The location of the property is great. It is a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Sayulita, but is far enough that it is not loud at night. All rooms have AC. „We came to Sayulita for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay at the Florence. The walk up the street is a good work out but getting a golf cart was a nice choice. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the patio on top was great on breezy cool evenings. From the top patio we saw many parrots flying from tree to tree, they were a noisy bunch and very cute. Great accommodations!“

„We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay“

The condo is also in a quiet part of the town but still a short -3 min golf cart ride into town and the beaches. Lastly, Mollie was a great host. Recommended getting the golf cart (which I agree with) as well as recommendations for food/sight seeing!“
