Later Dale stopped by and we talked with her for a bit. What a delightful couple. Although they stayed in their attached suite for a couple of days they were not intrusive, in fact, we felt comfortable knowing they were nearby. Later they left for their cabin so we were all alone. „What a gem! Calm water, crabs everywhere, porpoises out the window. It is a classic Canadian cabin, just like in lake country, except without the mosquitoes but with salmon right outside. We managed to get there in a small open boat (our big one was out of commission) by doing a deal with nearby April Pt Marina.“

„Nice to watch the tide changes. Easy access to Comox or Courtenay and hwy access.to anywhere you want to go. Lovely and tastefully furnishings and decor. Very comfy beds. All around delightful.“

Direkt neben dem Haus hatte ein Weisskopfadler sein Nest aufgeschlagen und wir haben sogar Whale gesehen - oder waren es Delphine ? Eine tolle Natur rundherum und vom Nachbarn durften wir sogar den Basketball Korb ausleihen . Schnelle Kommunikation- Check in , check out total easy Danke Matt - wir kommen wieder 😉“

„Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist an alles gedacht. Wir konnten Kajaks und Schwimmreifen nutzen. Der Fluss hinter dem Haus hat sehr klares Wasser, so dass Baden dort wirklich Spaß macht. Wir haben dort auch Seehunde gesehen. Der Ort eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Insgesamt war der Urlaub dort wunderbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.“

„The windows are small. I don’t believe people could escape through them, and there is only one entrance exit to the suite. Overall, it was fine, but it was concerning. The one bed was extremely squeaky.“
