Touch of Class Estate: A Beachfront Estate on the Warm Calm Caribbean

Welcome to the beautiful and hidden Touch of Class Estate, located on Little Bay, Eleuthera. With its prime Caribbean oceanfront location, Touch of Class enjoys access to a cozy and secluded beach with calm turquoise water.

Touch of Class Estate consists of two houses, the three-bedroom Touch of Class Villa and the two-bedroom Touch of Class Cottage.

Touch of Class Villa has the living areas and master suite upstairs, and two bedrooms and one bath downstairs.
The great room features spectacular ocean views through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The living area has a 14-foot-high vaulted cypress ceiling and features an Italian leather sectional sofa and LED TV. The fully equipped kitchen, which also enjoys the sweeping ocean views, features stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops.

The master bedroom, also on the upper level, enjoys the same 14-foot vaulted ceiling and spectacular ocean views through a floor-to-ceiling slider. It has a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bath with walk-in shower and private water closet.

The upper floor of Touch of Class Villa features a 900 square-foot wrap-around sundeck finished with Brazilian Ipe, accessible from both the great room and the master bedroom.

The downstairs of Touch of Class Villas contains two bedrooms, one with king beds and one with twin beds. These two bedroom share a luxurious full bath with a private water closet and a walk-in shower with ocean views. This level also features a wrap-around ocean-front deck finished in Ipe.

The large sectional sofa in the upstairs living room can sleep up to two more guests, so Touch of Class Villa can sleep up to 8 guests. There is also a single-size inflatable mattress in the house.

Note that Touch of Class Villa's upstairs and downstairs are connected via an external stairway, not internally. Families with young children should bear this in mind. If children are sleeping in a downstairs bedroom, you may wish to have an adult in the other bedroom.

Right next door to Touch of Class Villa is Touch of Class Cottage, just completed in December of 2023!
Every room in the Cottage has an ocean view. Both upstairs and down have a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the sea. Upstairs is open for sunning and downstairs is covered and equipped a unique sliding panel that can be moved depending if you want shade or sun.

Touch of Class Cottage features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, and two full baths. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so the cottage can sleep up to 6 guests.

The entire second floor of the cottage is dedicated to the master bedroom suite, which has spectacular ocean views through a wall of glass, and a private deck overlooking the sea. The en-suite bath features double sinks open to the ocean view, a private water closet, and a walk-in shower.

The first floor contains the second bedroom, a full bath with walk-in shower, and the open-concept great room with sofa, arm chairs, and a 55-inch flat screen TV.

We have a full island kitchen, double oven and stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc.

The entire home is custom built including the cabinets and furniture. We have Starlink internet for high speed and reliability. We have both city and cistern water and a RO 7-stage filter system for drinking water. To make it all work even when the power is out, we have a 30 KVA generator set up with an auto transfer switch.

Amenities include Starlink WIFI, AC throughout, smart TV with fire stick, books, washer and dryer, back-up generator, 2 kayaks, and snorkeling gear.

There is a good grocery store, Midway Cost Cutters, and an excellent restaurant, Fishbone Bar & Grill, 5 minutes from the property.

Rates are for the first 10 guests. Additional guests are $35 per night per guest. We set the rates this way to make the property more affordable for smaller groups who use less utilities and put less wear and tear on the house.
