Charming house, stone, 90 m² semi-detached, a capacity of 6 people, near the beach of Rohaliguen, in Sarzeau.
The accommodation has a fibre internet connection with a wifi 7 box. This connection allows all uses from teleworking, to gaming and streaming, in 4k.v
The ground floor:
- Large living room: living room with 2 sofas, TV + a sofa bed for 2 places, dining room with extension table for 8 places,
- Large new equipped kitchen: combi fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, extractor, 3 induction hobs, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso, juicer, blender ...
- A pantry / laundry room with washing machine, ironing board + iron, vacuum cleaner
- Separate WC with washbasin

The floor:
- Shower room: chest of drawers, hairdryer
- 1st bedroom: bed 140, shelves / wardrobe
- 2nd bedroom with two beds of 90, control on landing.
- Possibility cot for baby and high chair (on request).
- Separate WC.

NB: beds equipped with duvets (200x200 for bed 1 person and 240x220)
Outside:
- Terrace to the south: bistro table and 2 chairs
Garden shed for storing bicycles, windsurfing ...
- Parking on courtyard in front of the house to park one or two vehicles.
- North terrace and enclosed garden, very pleasant in all seasons; Sunbathing, garden furniture, parasol, clothesline and barbecue.

- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning fee: 60 €
