- No WIFI. Possibility to rent a mini WiFi box = €39/week or €6/day
- Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: €85
- Pets allowed (2 max.) with a supplement of 30 € / animal/ week including short stay.
- Early check-in / late check-out (upon express agreement from the agency and according to possibilities): 20 €/hour, with a maximum of 70 €
