Sofia Holiday Cottage – Swimming Pool

Welcome to this 60m² holiday cottage, set within a property divided into two separate cottages, ensuring peace and privacy.

The interior and exterior layout has been designed to offer moments of pure relaxation:

Sleeping arrangements: The cottage has 2 cosy bedrooms, each other with a 140cm bed
Two additional beds are available thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.

1 bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.

Living areas: A fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room and a comfortable living room where you can relax together.

Private outdoor areas: Enjoy a separate entrance and private access to a lovely terrace. A charcoal barbecue is available for your al fresco meals.

Pool area: Access from the terrace leads to the unheated swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September), the ideal spot to relax in the sun.
The pool is fenced for children’s safety.
It may be shared with guests on the ground floor.

Important information and conditions:
Pets are allowed outside the pool area.
A deposit of 500 euros via direct debit is required for each stay.
The main guest’s ID card must be provided before each stay.

For your comfort, cleaning and linen are fully included.

Guests have independent access via a secure key box. As the house is situated in a peaceful rural setting, it is only accessible by car. Parking: Free private parking is available on site, with space for up to 3 cars.

Your host will respond via the platform or by phone in the event of an emergency.

The villa enjoys a prime location in the peaceful, relaxing countryside. You’ll be just a 7-minute drive from the centre of Sarlat-la-Canéda, a world-renowned medieval town famous for its architectural heritage, picturesque narrow streets and unique Périgord cuisine. It’s the ideal base for exploring the region with family or friends.
