The two units at the front of the building face a quiet street and do not have a terrace; if you would prefer one of those, please contact us prior to booking. Otherwise, your apartment will be assigned based on availability at the time of booking.

Getting Around:

Getting around from La Saïdia is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is well-connected by public transport, with several bus and metro stops nearby that take you quickly to all parts of Valencia, including the beach and City of Arts and Sciences.



Other Things to Note:

The building has six quiet, equally sized studio apartments, each with a private entrance. These four face a peaceful patio; the other two face a quiet street. Good insulation ensures all units stay tranquil at night. Last-minute bookings are often available. Your specific apartment will be assigned based on availability at the time of booking.
