With over 18 years of experience in the Costa Rica luxury vacation market, Casa Timlin is owner-operated and maintained to the highest standards. From arrival to departure, every detail is designed with care, comfort, and elevated service in mind.

Daily Housekeeping and Local Cuisine
Your dedicated caretaker, Reyna, is a warm and essential part of the Casa Timlin experience. She ensures the home is consistently fresh and immaculate throughout your stay (excluding Sundays). Reyna tends to every room, making sure beds are perfectly made, linens are crisp, and common areas remain spotless so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy everything this amazing country has to offer.

She is also available to prepare delicious local-style breakfasts, lunches, and snacks upon request (with food provided by guests). For a small fee, Reyna can also prepare and serve a local dinner, best enjoyed on the patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The home features an open indoor-outdoor layout, soaring 15-foot ceilings, and private bedroom wings that offer both comfort and privacy. Much of the furniture is handcrafted from locally sourced exotic hardwoods, blending contemporary design with a distinct Costa Rican charm.

Casa Timlin is partially powered by solar energy and includes a solar-heated hot tub, offering high-end comfort with thoughtful environmental consideration.

Prime Location
Just 800 meters from Coco Beach, the home is also just a short walk to some of the area’s best restaurants, including Mar Azul, Pacifico Beach Club, and Café de Playa. It’s close enough for convenience, yet private enough to relax in peaceful seclusion.

Concierge Services
Our concierge, Ian, is available seven days a week to help plan your perfect stay. Whether you’re looking for private chefs, in-home massages, adventure tours, wildlife excursions, or translation assistance, Ian brings years of local experience to make it happen seamlessly.

Entertainment and Comfort
Casa Timlin is equipped with Starlink internet, multi-room Sonos audio, blackout curtains, premium linens and bedding, and a full-service kitchen. Each bedroom includes TVs with US channels and sports. Pool and beach gear is also provided, including chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, and floaties.
