Summary:
Pacifico C305 in Coco is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo on the third floor with a splendid ocean view. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has two twins that can be converted to a king, with an insert to join them and separate bedding for both options. The master bath has a shower and free-standing tub, another has a shower and the third is a powder room in the hall. All are newly remodeled with modern tile and accessories.

The Space:
Pacifico C-305 in Coco is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo on the third floor with a splendid ocean view.

Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has two twins that can be converted to a king, with an insert to join them and separate bedding for both options. The master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view, and the master bath has a shower and free-standing tub. Another bathroom has a shower and the third is a powder room in the hall. All are newly remodeled with modern tile and accessories.

This condo has three smart TV’s, one in the living room and two in the bedrooms. The living area also has ocean views. The home has central air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and modern furniture and professional tropical artwork throughout. It also has custom-made guanacaste tables and bedroom furniture.

The ocean-view kitchen has a breakfast bar, full refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, toaster oven and lots of cabinet space — all newly remodeled. The custom wooden dining table seats six, with additional space at a round kitchen table that seats four.

This unit has a large private balcony with a beautiful ocean view, with loveseat, coffee table and two chairs with cupholders. The condo is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a covered stairwell.

Pacifico is the top residential vacation resort in Playas del Coco, with four swimming pools, a poolside restaurant/bar and beautifully tended gardens. It’s about eight blocks from the beach, next to Coco’s vibrant main street.

Staying at Pacifico gives you access to the Pacifico Beach Club, which offers the best beachfront lounging in town. Daily rates for adults are $35 per person, which $25 is applied toward food and drink. The Pacifico resort itself is located several blocks from the beach, but a shuttle is available to take guests to the Beach Club, which has two beautiful infinity pools, fine dining, a well-stocked bar and of course a beach.

The Neighborhood:
Pacifico is the premier resort community in Playas del Coco, with over 300 luxury condominiums, elegant swimming pools and marvelous views. A “lazy river” swimming pool meanders in curves through the middle of the complex, with a poolside restaurant and bar.

Getting Around:
Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Our information brochure will provide you with useful information on local transportation options and points of interest, as well as contact information for taxis and shuttles.

Some construction — and a discount

Please be advised that Pacifico is currently undergoing an expansion involving the construction of new ocean-view condos. Crews will be working 10 days straight, with three days of rest, until completion of the first two buildings in February 2025. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption to guests, but in consideration of this construction project, Special Places is offering a 10% discount on all Pacifico properties until it’s over. This discount is already reflected in the price listed for this unit.

Fabulous stay! Enjoyed the location, amenities, and condo! The ocean view is even better than what is shared in the property pictures. Only issue experienced is one of the sinks in the master bath was out of order during our stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for two days of a 7 day trip. We wished we had stay here longer. The condo is amazing, very clean, and modern. I highly recommend staying at this location.

The facility was very nice with three bedrooms and plenty of room. The grounds has four pools as well as options for a fitness center. The location was convenient for local diving and a number of forest trips. A number of grocery stores were walkable as well as restaurant choices.

Unit was as advertised. Travelled with 8 year old twins and 13 year old. Unit was very spacious, clean, great location with groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. The Pacifico is a fantastic location with great pools and a pool side cafe. Checkin was super easy and property manager was easily reachable. We did have a bit of a miscommunication on checkout. We had been preappoved for a late checkout by 1.5 hours (11:30 am) as we were going directly to airport. Cleaning team showed up at 9:50 am (10 minutes earlier than original checkout) and we were told that they had to come in and clean. So as we are showering and packing the cleaning team was cleaning around us - was an unfortunate send off. I would recommend the unit and management company, just make sure everyone is clear on what a late checkout actually means.
