„Alexander has been friendly and welcoming with us, even though we have arrived at a late time due to delays in transportation, the hotel has sea view, breakfast option, very good coffee, cleanliness is well maintained, it has A/C, fridge and there are 2 restaurants next to it. The only drawback is the area, being at the outskirts of Saranda, you might encounter stray dogs, but in our experience, they haven't been violent with us.“

Although we were there just at the end of the season the staff opened the beachside bar for us on our last night which was much appreciated. Only issue would be if you have a car, the road up to the property is narrow and difficult to navigate as cars go up and down all the time but struggle to pass each other. We didn’t have this problem thankfully as we were walking. “

"Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel am nördlichen Rand von Sarande. Das tolle ist man hat die Liegen mit Schirm inkl.,hat einen tollen Strand, leckeres Frühstück, schöne saubere Zimmer mit Meerblick, sehr nettes Personal und auch einen Parkplatz. Das Hotel ist klein und auch für Musik am Strand angenehm. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Man hat fußläufig tolle Restaurants und bis zur Marina sind es knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß."
"Das Hotel ist ideal für junge Reisende, die Saranda entdecken möchten. Die Lage ist top: Direkt oberhalb gibt es einen kleinen Markt und gute Food-Spots. Ins Zentrum läuft man ca. 10 Minuten.
Der Strand ist aus Kies, aber auch barfuss gut begehbar. Für empfindliche Füsse sind Badeschuhe empfehlenswert. Die Strandliegen sind sehr bequem. Der Poolbereich erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen, was für eine gute Verteilung sorgt. Am oberen Pool läuft tagsüber Musik, wer es ruhiger mag, kann sich an den unteren Pool oder direkt an den Strand zurückziehen.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch: Es gibt Service am Pool und Strand, Snacks und Cocktails werden direkt gebracht. Die „Fantasy Roll“ war besonders lecker!
Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend, frisches Obst, Brot, Eier (gekocht, Rührei, Spiegelei), Müsli, süsses Gebäck sowie vier Säfte. Für All-Inclusive-Gäste vielleicht etwas klein, für uns aber genau richtig. Mittag und Abendessen im Hotel haben wir nicht probiert.
Unser Zimmer im obersten Stock mit Panorama war modern und sauber mit fantastischer Aussicht. Bad und Dusche funktionierten einwandfrei, der Wasserdruck war stark. Kleines Manko: Der Handtuchhalter löste sich manchmal von der Wand. Safe und Klimaanlage liefen gut. Strom wird beim Verlassen des Zimmers abgeschaltet, etwas unpraktisch, aber klimafreundlich.
Fazit: Ein tolles Hotel mit super Lage, schöner Atmosphäre und gutem Service,perfekt für entspannte Tage in Saranda."

"Overall, a great hotel with a superb location: direct access to the beach (not sand) and beautiful pool area. The restaurant has a great view of the sea and the hotel (only rooms with sea view) have a great view. Hotel is well located with restaurants and shopping areas around the corner, “downtown” Saranda is a good ten-minute walk away. Receptionist called taxis upon request. Breakfast buffet was decent. All in all good stay.
However, the pool area and the beach area, which both included lounge beds and chairs, were left carelessly and did not get cleaned up at night or seemingly in general. The beds had stains all over them, were left randomly around the area, and seemed to not be well taken care of. No trash cans at the beach area, which meant trash and bottles strewn around. You can only pay cash at the bar, which is inconvenient. Few vegetarian options at the restaurant. The reception was not staffed at night and we had to wait to get help with an unknown noise (turned out it was a bird that had nested in the roof). All in all, a good concept but not well executed."
