Es ist ein einfaches Hotel in Sarajevo. Entspricht nicht einem üblichem Swissotel mit Service, wo man sich sonst gewohnt ist. Beim Frühstücks Restaurant waren zwei Rattenboxen in der Gästezone platziert um mögliche Ratten einzufangen. Siehe Foto. Einfach ein NO GO für ein Swissotel und 5 Star Hotel.

Habe eine Junior Suite gebucht. Für den gesamten Aufenthalt wurde das Zimmer nicht einmal geputzt und aufgeräumt. Reklamationen waren fehl am Platz und wurden auch nicht akzeptiert.

Hochpreishotel mit vielen Abstrichen
Die Badezimmertür war defekt. Man konnte sie nicht schliessen. Die Dichtung von der Tür war lose. Es war eher Dunkel im Badzimmer und Raum. Dafür sind die Leseleuchten am Bett extrem Hell. Diese Blenden richtig und man kann kein Buch lesen. Die Minibar war sehr mager ausgestattet. Es waren auch nicht alle Produkte drin, die auf der Preisliste aufgeführt wurden. Und die Preise für die Minibar sind überzogen, dafür dass man gleich nebenan einen "Konzum" bzw ein Einkaufszentrum hat. Der Lift Nr.4 war zwischendurch steckengeblieben durch eine Vollbremsung. Die Sauberkeit war solala. Mit weissen Socken auf dem Tepich zu laufen gab dann dreckige Socken. Man musste schon die Hausschuhe anziehen. Der Bademantel war nicht weich, sondern kratzte an mehreren Stellen. Das frühstück war Ok. An einem Tag waren einige Hotelangestellte auch da zum Essen, versammelten sich beim Buffet, schöpften und redeten. Auch nachdem Sie mich gesehen haben, dass ich anstehe, gingen sie nicht weg. Das ist ein No-Go. Die Gäste beim Check In vor uns bekamen ein Upgradezimmer und 30min gratis Massage dafür das Ihr Zimmer nicht fertig war. Wir bekamen nichts obwohl wir schon ein teureres Zimmer gebucht hatten, sind aber gleichzeitig dort angekommen. Die Dame an unserem CheckIn war auch leicht gereizt/genervt. Für das mit Abstand teuerste Hotel in Sarajevo hatte ich mir ein makellosen, perfekten Zustand gewünscht.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr guter Service, das allerbeste waren meiner Meinung nach die Mitarbeiter. Mega freundlich, zuvorkommend, haben uns die Wünsche von den „Lippen“ abgelesen. Unsere Kinder wurden beim Frühstück verwöhnt. Weiter so..... Gehen gerne wieder hin.

Good choice for Sarajevo.. Walking distance (15 min) from the old city where you can find many restaurants coffee shops bars etc.. The hotel is attached to sizeable shopping mall.
