„The location is perfect for relaxing. Wonderfully maintained. You can cook your own meals , if you desire, as the kitchen has everything necessary. We did not hire a car just used taxi which was reasonably priced, cost about 10 Euros to Albaferia old town. We would recommend this property to all our friends without any hesitation whatsoever.“

„Ich war in der Winterzeit da. Zunächst sollte in der Winterzeit andere Bettdecken vorhanden sein und es sollte einmal ein Handwerker durch das Hazs gehen und einige Kleinigkeiten erledigen. Steckdose im Bad EG, Dichtungen von Backofen und Kühlschrank usw. Auch sollte das Fernsehenprogramm heutzutage auch deutsche Sender beinhalten.“

„We were unfamiliar with the electric stove top operation. It has a safety lock on it. It would be helpful to have a small set of documents on basic operation of items in the house. The upper toilet requires numerous flushes to clear. “

„I have rented several properties over the years in many different countries and this it a is the first time I’ve written a negative review. Communication with property management was terrible. The kitchen was poorly equipped with outdated appliances that functioned at a minimal level. At not really possible to make full meals.Area rug and sofa was stained. The light above sink in downstairs bath was taped over. The outdoor area which was astroturf had weeds growing all around the edges. Also a ...

„We have stayed in a lot of properties in the area and this one was a peach! Comms were really easy as was finding the villa There were little touches that really made a difference (water, milk etc) Really excellent set up and looking forward to returning 😎“
