„Schönes luxuriöses Hotel! Im Finanz District gelegen. Für Europäer sind die Matrazen sehr hart, für Asien normal. Der Chef des Hauskeeping war sehr zuvorkommend, nach Topperauflage schliefen wir viel besser! Auch Essen und Service im Botticino (italienisches Restaurant im Hotel) hervorragend. Spezielles Dankeschön an unseren Kellner Lucky, sein Service war top!“

„It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . Please see pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t had option to move in evening so we request them to change everything and clean the room again which work with 2 more hours of checkin.“

„I enjoyed my stay very much for a number of reasons: 1. Tastefully done room with comfortable beds and a balcony. Very nice. 2. Good staff. Very service oriented and friendly. 3. Good food in the hotel with very reasonable prices. 4. Nice building and lobby. Very friendly guy at the entrance. You feel welcome right from the start. The only bad thing is that I stayed only 2 nights. Will come back and stay longer next time.“

„Freundliche Mitarbeiter, unproblematisches Einchecken. Im Zimmer leider nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen, auch nach Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde dies nicht nachgeliefert. Weckruf für 4 Uhr morgens wurde erst 30 min. später getätigt, zum Glück hatten wir noch unseren eigenen Wecker gestellt für unseren frühen Rückflug.“

„The staff were all great and kind. They are there to help. They have a restaurant on the ground level convenient for early breakfast or late dinner. Bathroom was clean and disinfected. Utilities such as ceiling fan and AC unit were functioning. Simply it’s a place to stay if you are looking for economical places for short trip to Mumbai alone or friends “

„In the price category it is certainly very good. We have visited other hotels in Bombay price range Rs 10,000 and up which were not as clean as the Accord. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary way of the employees, they obey the rules. But they are all very helpful and friendly.“
