Welcome to your seaside retreat in Santos! This charming apartment is just one block from Gonzaga Beach and features a spacious balcony with an ocean view, 2 bedrooms (one of which is a suite), a living room, an open-plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a parking space.

The suite includes a double bed, a single bed, a 32” TV, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a single bed and an extra mattress (no air conditioning). The living room offers a sofa, dining table, and a 40” TV with a variety of channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet experience, including a Nespresso coffee maker (please bring your own capsules).

The building features 24-hour concierge and fast Wi-Fi (beach towels are not provided). The apartment accommodates up to 4 people in beds and 1 on the extra mattress.

We accept 1 small pet per reservation for an additional fee — please inform us when booking. Enjoy your stay with us!

The use of the leisure area is strictly prohibited for guests, including the gym, swimming pool, and party room. Additionally, guests are not permitted access to the 25th floor.

The use of the following areas in the building is strictly prohibited: The pool and other common areas of the building are exclusively for the use of permanent residents and occupants. Guests, visitors, or anyone not registered as a resident are strictly forbidden from accessing the pool and other common areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all areas of the building. Note: Fines for violating this rule will be applied as established in the condominium regulations, with amounts determined by the building management. Please note that only the balcony has a safety screen, while the service area does not. We do not recommend the apartment for young children unless under constant supervision.
