Spanning 257 m² of refined interiors and complemented by 389 m² of landscaped outdoor space, the residence is shaped around tranquillity, privacy and a seamless flow between indoor comfort and open-air living. Natural textures, soft tones and Cycladic lines allow light and sea breezes to drift gently through each room, creating a soothing atmosphere from morning to dusk.



The villa’s design embraces an indoor–outdoor lifestyle, offering separate indoor and outdoor kitchens, a barbecue area, generous verandas and fire pits, together forming a relaxed yet elegant setting for gatherings. Four serene bedrooms, each with an extra-large double bed, are paired with four contemporary shower bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for up to eight guests. A private pool, expansive terrace lounges, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis and sea-view dining areas elevate the experience of island living.



Wellness is woven into the property’s concept, featuring a private gym fitted with state-of-the-art equipment and an exclusive sauna. A dedicated butler room is available for guests who wish to arrange private staffing; butler service, chef service, spa treatments, private dining, curated excursions and other personalised experiences may be booked in advance at additional cost. Daily housekeeping beyond the standard inclusion, as well as any extra linens or special-request amenities, may also incur additional charges. A refundable security deposit may apply depending on stay details and requested services, and all tourism taxes and add-on services are payable locally.



For larger parties, Villa Damaris can be combined with the neighbouring four-bedroom residence within the same complex to form Santorini’s only private eight-bedroom villa accommodating up to 16 guests, creating a rare setting for multigenerational escapes or groups seeking absolute privacy.



The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a complete kitchen, coffee and tea facilities, streaming-enabled television, high-quality linens, slippers, hairdryers and all essential amenities. Smoking is not permitted.
