Payment policy
30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be completed the latest 14 days before arrival.

In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

Due to the specialty of this rate, this booking cannot be cancelled.

The deposit of 30% will not be refunded in case of any cancelation or modification.

For any cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival date or less, 100% cancellation fees apply.

No-show or early departure: 100%cancellation fees apply.

Visitor’s Tax

Greek authorities have decided that, from January 1st 2018, a visitor’s tax will be charged to hotel guests. For the 5-star hotels, such as our hotel, the tax will be 1,00 Euros per night. This fee is not included in the room rate and it's payable at the reception upon arrival.

The offers are not cumulative. Our system provides you in the total to be paid amount the rate that includes the best available discounts.

Any future change at the rates that the hotel is offering, will not be reflected or accepted in any already booked reservation. That means that all agreed rates cannot be modified, either higher or lower depending on the actual rate that is displayed on the website. The hotel is not obligated to accept any rate modification based on any new rates that are reflected after a reservation has been done, as we reserve the right to modify the rates accoding to the hotel's policy.

All prepaid & non refundbale offers are in non modification /cancellation policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that during the off-season (between October 15th and April 15th), due to low outside ambient temperatures and potentially strong winds, the outdoor pools and hot tubs may not reach desired temperatures. Between April 15 and October 15th Pool temperatures are set to 28 Celsius and Hot Tubs are set to 37 Celsius. Weather anomalies in the summer period may also negatively affect these set temperatures.

*As per Greek Government regulatory, for any booking cancellations due to Force Majeure conditions, guest is eligible to a voucher equal to the deposit charged that is valid up until 18months after the scheduled departure date.
In case the voucher is not redeemed within this time-frame, the property will issue full refund of any deposit charged and is associated to this booking reference.
