Our recent stay at Hannabi Hotel was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We booked this property for three adult women, based on the description and photographs advertised online, which portrayed the hotel as clean, modern, comfortable, and suitable for multiple guests. The listing stated that we were booking a double room accommodating up to five people with breakfast included, which gave us confidence that the hotel would be adequately prepared for our stay. Sadly, the reality was far removed from what was advertised, and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, the problems began. Upon reaching the hotel, we were not welcomed or attended to in a timely manner. Instead, we were made to wait for over one hour before our room was ready. During this time, there was little communication, no clear explanation, and no apology for the inconvenience. Standing around after a long journey, uncertain and unattended, immediately set a negative tone for the stay.
When we were finally shown to our room, it became instantly clear that it was completely unsuitable for three adults. Despite the booking stating that the room could sleep up to five people, there was only one bed available. There were no additional beds, sofa beds, or suitable sleeping arrangements provided. This alone was unacceptable and misleading, as it directly contradicted the booking information we relied upon when making our reservation
