The property and location were great, so we're all of the staff and features like the pools and restaurants. The only major gripe was with the bed, it was so hard and terrible me and my partner preferred sleeping on the fold out bed from the couch after 2 days because we both started to have awful back pain, and both of us are active young people. There are some awful design decisions like how you can't take a shower without most of the water getting onto the floor, the super bright flashing lights on the ceiling at night, the light switches make 0 sense and require trial and error to see what they do, and claro the tv service going in and out, but in the grand scheme of things those are mostly irrelevant. Overall, if they swapped out the mattresses for literally anything else I'd definitely return in the future, the staff was fantastic.

-We did not like that the swimming pools closed at 6 P.M. They should at least stayed opened until 8 or 9 P.M. -The pillows must be replaced. Once one puts his/her head down, the pillows sink all the way donw to the mattress. -There should be soap and shampoo at the showers where the guests that are checking out go to after exiting the sea.

El hotel es muy cómodo, el servicio excelente. Como único punto por mejorar, la temperatura del agua de las piscinas es bastante fría, y el horario de las zonas húmedas es bastante reducido (la piscina se la terraza solo funciona de 10 am a 6 pm).

Every room has an amazing view. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good and the pools and beach area are amazing. The gated beach loungers mean you can get the beach rays and hotel wait service while still running out to dip in the ocean. We enjoyed po drinks and the rooftop bar. The cleaning staff does an amazing job in the rooms. It’s easy to get to Santa Marta’s historic center and it’s walkable to Zazue for a relaxing dinner (go to Cinto it’s the best!). Special appreciation to one server - Maribel. Maribel always had a smile, was quick with the coffee, and even served the beach lounging guests. She was friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. Really appreciated Maribel remembering us after our first breakfast and making sure we were well attended to afterward. If you go look for Maribel!

La struttura dell'hotel si è rilevata ottima. Ottime camere, ristoranti, piscine, cibo, palestra e sopra tutto lo staff eccellente: preparati, gentili, efficienti e sempre con il sorriso. Unico punto negativo è la spiaggia. A differenza degli hotel attigui, questo hotel non ha spiaggia privata e proprio tra l'hotel e il mare c'è una spiaggia pubblica molto frequentata, quindi poca privacy e nessun accesso diretto alla spiaggia.

Property itself is in great shape and new. The service is terrible in every department. Staff needs better, extensive training and good management is required before I can rate this higher than a 3 star. I was warned about the service from a friend, but I wanted to give it a shot. Lack of employees, lack of professionalism, and overall a disorganized staff with little communication hurt this rating badly.

Sin duda volveré
El hotel muy lindo y muy tranquilo, puedes estar en la piscinas sin que te esten insistiendo en consumir. Cuando necesitas algo te atienden de inmediatamente. Lo unico malo es el elevado valor de la comida en los restaurantes.

Alberca cierra a las 6 pm ...muy mal
El hotel muy bonito y comodo, solo me parece PÉSIMO que las albercas las cierren a las 6 de la tarde, santa marta es un lugar donde no hay muchas opciones no hay tantas atraccilnes turisticas y esta pesimo que a las 6 de la tarde te saquen de la alberca, eso me pareció muy mal en la mayoria de hoteles las albercas se cierran a las 8 pm.
