The loft features a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size trundle bed, a cozy L-shaped sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning in both spaces, and TVs in the bedroom and living room. You’ll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a shared bathroom — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Relax by the spectacular panoramic swimming pools on the 23rd floor, soak up the sun, unwind in the jacuzzis, or admire breathtaking sunsets overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Santa Marta, known as the Pearl of America.

The building also offers a sauna, Turkish bath, massage room, games room, and gym, giving you plenty of ways to relax, stay active, and enjoy your vacation.

Infinity pool hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Wednesday through Monday. Closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.

Guest Access & Self Check-In

Enjoy a convenient, independent check-in experience with our smart lock. There is no need to coordinate key handovers or wait for a host.

Before your arrival, you’ll receive detailed instructions and your access code. Once you arrive at the building, simply follow the instructions to enter the apartment easily and securely.

Important Information

Building registration fee: The building administration charges a one-time fee of COP $20,000 per guest aged 7 and older, covering the entire stay. This fee is paid directly to the building administration at check-in via bank transfer or QR code.
