Nous sommes heureux d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié le concept, les bungalows et le design, mais nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que notre service à la clientèle n'était pas parfait à votre arrivée. Pour toutes nos réservations Expedia, nous les facturons à l'arrivée car notre connexion wifi n'est pas optimale et nous préférons le faire de cette façon afin de ne pas avoir de problèmes de paiement au moment du check out. Nous devons le faire à l'entrée, ayant la meilleure connexion à cet endroit. Nous nous excusons si cette procédure vous dérangé. Hi Anonymous, First of all we are very sorry that you did not have a good experience during your stay. The concept of the hotel is to integrated in nature and to be as eco and sustainable as possible, that is why you will find insects in your room and why you cannot use hairdryers or other electrical items (apart from charges for phone, camera, computer, etc...). In the email we send out to our guests as soon as they book we always inform of this to make sure they are ok with all of this. Some of our rooms have sea views and some have mountain/jungle views, we also specify this in our booking system. As per the hotel path lighting of the hotel we are working on it and will be ready in the by the end of this month. As per the road to get to us, we know we are not in town but this also makes the place as special as it is (no cars, no party noise or any other kind of noise, only jungle and ocean sounds). We have a small menu at the restaurant, but we always accommodate for what the guests want as long as we can cook it. Once again we are sorry you did not enjoy being in nature and in such a unique place, however we will take your comments to improve our services. Best regards
