The concierges were great to work with and always responded timely (Hazel and Jorge). Pool and balconies were awesome and we saw monkeys, toucans, and parrots every day. „Wonderful stay at Casa Serena! It was exactly as described. Our family of 4 (2 children, ages 11 and 7) absolutely loved it. We stayed for 6 nights, and could have easily stayed longer. The pool was amazing. We were visited by capuchin monkeys every day. The kitchen was fully stocked. The housekeeper and concierge, Wai, were fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about our trip. „This home is AMAZING! It is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our group. There were two families (eight people total) with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The AC is cold (huge bonus) and the decor is beautiful. The pool and slide were the main attraction for the kids! It is SO close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio so plenty of restaurants, activities, bars, grocery stores, etc. SUCH a great location. „We had a group of 11 adults for a joint bachelorette party. The property manager, Wil, was the most critical part of our experience—he was WONDERFUL! He went above and beyond with everything we asked for. Transfers, tours, private chef services! It is about a 3 hour ride from the airport and one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance outside of the home. The couple that stayed there preferred the privacy so it was perfect. All the rooms are spacious and well kept. We used the pool every evening ...
