1 Triple Bedroom: Three twin beds that can double as sofas or beds, with a private bathroom, TV, and views of the exterior walkways.

To make the property accessible to couples and small groups, we offer a flexible pricing model, granting access only to the number of bedrooms required based on your group size (e.g., 6 people = 3 bedrooms; 2 people = 1 bedroom). Message us for a custom quote.


The dining room, living room, and bar are located under a spacious palapa, providing a cool and breezy area perfect for family gatherings, naps, or remote work.

You will have access to the entire house

We will personally welcome you upon arrival, and during your stay, our staff will be available from 9 AM to 6 PM. Additionally, the house manager will be reachable via messages or calls.

The rental of the house includes daily cooking and cleaning services; however, the cost of food and beverages must be covered by guests prior to arrival. Our team is available from 9 AM to 6 PM.

The meals prepared are 100% Oaxacan, local, and fresh. You`ll love the menus!

Casa Mar is a luxury tropical villa on the beaches of Oaxaca’s coast. While we fumigate regularly, you may still encounter various insects. We will do our best to minimize this during your stay.

The house is located in a rural area of Oaxaca. Although it is part of an exclusive and well-maintained gated community, power outages can occasionally occur—especially during storms.

When the power goes out, all electrical devices such as air conditioning and ceiling fans stop working.
Additionally, the house’s running water comes from a private well and relies on a hydro-pneumatic pump, which means there is no water supply during a power outage.

We always do our best to restore service as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding in case this happens.
