Spacious and bright apartment in Santa Margherita Ligure, located on a hill only 10 minutes walk from the center and the sea. It is nestled in a quiet residential area, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful sea view. Access is via a staircase of approximately 30 steps: it opens directly onto the living room with kitchenette, then comes a small laundry room, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a bedroom with twin beds and the second bathroom.
A splendid panoramic terrace with sea view and garden with fruit trees (both for exclusive use) complete the apartment.
Opposite the building is a bus stop, while below the house our guests can use a private garage.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.
