„We spent a lot of money and realized when we arrived, your photos were completely deceiving. This is our annual family beach trip and expect to get what you pay for.We were so disappointed. „The host was very communicative. The property was great. We were a group of 5 children under 13, a small dog (12 pds) and 6 adults. The view is beautiful. 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to town. Thank you. “

„This place is not at all like the pictures. The entire place is held together with caulk and duct tape. We tried getting ahold of the owner the first day about it and we ended up ultimately having to leave and rent something else. The owners still have not responded to our request for a refund. The entire place was very dirty, trash bins were full, and the rooms were not as advertised.“

„We had such a great stay! The pool was amazing, the beach was close by, and the golf cart add-on made everything so convenient and fun. One of the best parts was that it was dog friendly, and we never had to worry about our fur baby getting out thanks to the secure gate. Everything was comfortable, relaxing, and perfect for a little getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!“

„Great place in Jamaica Beach! It was perfect for our small family, and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Location was great. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the porch overlooking the canal, fishing and crabbing off the dock, and cooling off in the cowboy pool in the evenings. Highly recommend!“

„Jamaica Cay was an awesome rental property. The bunk room was a bottom level room with a bath. The two guest rooms were second level with a king and Queen set up on the main level and bath. The primary bedroom was on the top level with king and large bathroom. This was a perfect scenario for 9 basically adults as we could all have our space at times and divide up. It is on the canal with beautiful sunrises, kayaks and bicycles to entertain older teenagers. We enjoyed our stay!“
