The title of the listing said "San Pedro, La Laguna." After we were already in Guatemala, and were trying to figure out where we were headed next, we noticed that the address said Santa Cruz. However, after some trouble, we realized that the house was in Tzunana. Right off the bat, this felt mis-leading.

„Be aware of this listing and property! it is not accurate at all. We booked a room and got a totally one, not to mention it wasn’t even the same location ! Listing pictures look like AI versus reality! Secondly there is spiders inside crawling which we had to kill ( big spiders ). Also waken up by construction on the property that started at 7am . Unacceptable! Beware.“

„Very cozy place! It was very cute and we loved the back porch. Very communicative hosts. Clean. Great location. 5 min walk to dock, grocery store, and restaurants. However because it’s so central in town, it can be noisy at night. Loud cars/bikes and sirens. The biggest short fallings of this place are that it takes at LEAST 10 min for the shower to warm up and that there is no central air conditioning. „The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great.“
