This beautiful apartment is designed to offer comfort, space, and a relaxing seaside atmosphere, perfect for a memorable stay.

Step into the open-plan living area, where a large sectional sofa invites you to unwind while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The adjoining dining area, with a table for six, is ideal for shared meals and relaxed moments with family or friends. Large glass doors open onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the sea breeze, sip your morning coffee, or relax at the end of the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, including an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, along with all essential cookware and cutlery, making it easy to prepare anything from light snacks to full meals. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are also available during your stay.

The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a plush double bed dressed with fresh, hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with a stylish mosaic-tiled shower, while a second modern bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway. Both bathrooms are stocked with soft towels and essential toiletries.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, located on the 4th floor. Enjoy the use of the balcony, kitchen, and living areas, with the convenience of an elevator for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Caniço, Madeira, set in a peaceful residential area with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. Guests are close to the Reis Magos Beach, Garajau Nature Reserve, and the iconic Cristo Rei viewpoint, perfect for enjoying the island’s coastal beauty.

The area offers easy access to scenic levada walks, diving and snorkeling spots, and the vibrant city of Funchal, just a short drive away. With nearby restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets, it’s an ideal base for combining relaxation, nature, and exploration of Madeira’s landscapes.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There is no train station on Madeira Island, as public transport is mainly provided by buses. Several bus stops are located within a short walking distance (5–10 minutes) from the property, offering connections to Funchal, Caniço, and nearby coastal areas.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
