This delightful 95 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 5th floor and has lift access.

It is designed with modern décor, tall windows, and stylish furniture, providing a peaceful and charming place to relax. The interior features a tastefully decorated and open layout, a welcoming living area with a lovely sitting area with a TV, and a charming dining table—a perfect spot to relax after exploring.

The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing tasty meals, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. Ironing equipment and a washing machine are added for extra comfort.

There are two beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, multiple storage spaces and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an ample wardrobe.

The shared bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

A lovely terrace with a charming table makes the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and the sunlight.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Caniço, located just east of Funchal on the island of Madeira, is a picturesque coastal town that combines serene natural beauty with modern comforts. Known for its dramatic cliffs and Atlantic views, it’s home to the Cristo Rei statue — a prominent viewpoint offering sweeping panoramas over the ocean. The nearby Garajau Nature Reserve is a popular spot for diving and snorkelling, thanks to its crystal-clear waters and rich marine life.

Beyond its natural appeal, Caniço offers a relaxed atmosphere ideal for travellers seeking a quieter alternative to the busier city of Funchal. The town features charming hotels, seaside resorts, and many Madeiran restaurants. Whether exploring the coastal trails, relaxing by the sea, or discovering the underwater world, Caniço provides a perfect blend of tranquillity and adventure for visitors to Madeira.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Viaduto 1, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
