The views are stunning, Rooms a bit small but definitely recommend sea view room. This place is not luxury but good value. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The Resort is a bit tired.

This stay was more average than expected. The rooms are dated, and have very poor wifi. The dinner option was very expensive (30 euros pp) and limited. The staff were a mix of helpful, forgetful and rude- it was very inconsistent and didn’t leave a great impression.

Ok service - but worn down and remote
Hotel is overall quite worn down. Location requires a car as a taxi is very inflexible. If you have any physical issues one should be aware the hotel resides on a massive hill which makes to and from the hotel room quite a trekking. We were under the impression the beach was close by, but once again only by car. The hotel offers a shuttle service incl. chairs that cost around 30 EUR and you need to provide exact timings for going and coming back, again making it extremely inflexible. On a positive note the food was good and the service and the bar was as well. Cleaning was also good.

This hotel is pretty dated. It is perched against one of the mountains far away from any beach. While the price per night is good, you must have a car to drive anywhere. The views are totally worth it, if you get a sea view room. All-in-all we had a good time.

POOL BAR NOT OPEN! The swim up bar was empty and apparently has not been open for over a year. DON’T FALL FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISING! Location was very inconvenient. It was over a hour between buses and the timetable provided was incorrect leaving us waiting for 2 hours on one occasion and an hour and a half another. The cost of a taxi and transfer was way overpriced. We thought €35 ($55 AUD) for a 10 minute drive was absolutely ridiculous. The gardens were nice but the only thing we really enjoyed about our stay was Maximilian, the lovely gentleman that ran the buffet breakfast. In summary we stayed only two out of the 3 nights we had booked and were very happy to be out. Do not recommend.

This area is also well served by public trasnsport with regular bus rides. We are amazed that you didn’t appreciate our menu, as it is based on typical products of Mediterranean kitchen. Our ingredients are fresh and daily delivered.By our menu, Guests have one choice among 3 main courses, one choice among 3 first courses and a wide dessert offer (for example typical Sicilian cakes, fresh fruit, cheesecake, tarts etc). La struttura in se stessa potrebbe essere un gioiello, per posizione e spazi.In realtà la struttura sembra abbondonata a se stessa.Nelle informazioni non si specifica che bisogna essere atleti e in buona salute per poter raggiungere le camere che si raggingono dopo lunghe salite. Il bar nella piscina non funziona e la pulizia lascia a desiderare.Il personale della ristorazione gentile ma sicuramente non professionale.

Gentile Franco,grazie per aver voluto condividere la Sua esperienza al Capo dei Greci Resort & Spa.Abbiamo il piacere di informarla la struttura è oggetto di importanti investimenti da qualche mese, investimenti che hanno già portato i primi frutti come la pitturazione di tutte le camere e l'installazione di nuovi condizionatori in ciascuna di esse, per non parlare del rifacimento di tutta l'illuminazione esterna e della installazione di nuove pompe per assicurare il corretto funzionamento delle piscine. Stiamo parlando di una proprietà di 50 mila metri quadrati, quindi ci vorrà del tempo prima che il volto della struttura cambi radicalmente. Ma i lavori sono già cominciati e proseguiranno con la fine della stagione.Il Resort sorge su un pendio scosceso che degrada sul mare. E' vero che gli spazi sono notevoli, per questo gli Ospiti vengono assistiti mettendo loro a disposizione due navette che agevolano negli spostamenti interni. E' sufficiente avvertire la Reception che predispone tempestivamente il servizio.La piscina "Dolce Vita" si avvale del servizio del nostro bar panoramico "Bar Piazzetta". Si può anche chiedere agli stessi addetti della piscina di essere assistiti per questo tipo di servizio.Ci scusiamo se la pulizia e la professionalità del personale di sala non sono stati all'altezza delle sue aspettative, cercheremo di migliorare.Cordialmente

No comas ni cenes si no vas a todo incluido.
Las instalaciones son todas en cuesta arriba y con la calor se hace insufrible ir de un sitio a otro; el restaurante nos cobró por la cena un dineral y la comida no era ni muy buena ni abundante; sólo cené allí una noche y por supuesto que no repetí.
