BINI ORAN features 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and two twins) with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with a bath (1 ensuite), a shower room, large living&dining room with sea views and access to the terrace, and fully equipped kitchen with utility room. The covered terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture, is the ideal place to enjoy family meals and for relaxing during the long, lazy summer days. From the terrace, you do not need to climb any stairs in order to access the large pool area, sun terrace and BBQ. This is all surrounded by a charming garden, offering you stunning sea views.

For the 2023 season, BINI ORAN is being renovated with brand new fully refurbished bathrooms, upgraded kitchen equipment, installation of large awnings on the terrace, and additional air conditioning units in all bedrooms.

Binibeca's beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes' walk away. Two minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The wonderful environment offer pleasant walks by the sea, and platforms to swim in its turquoise waters.
