The villa is located in Cap d'en Font, very close to Binisafúa beach, one of the less touristy areas on the south-east coast of Menorca.
Close to several bathing areas and platforms (S'Escaló Blanc).
Since the area is very quiet and there are very few hotels, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an incredible vacation.

Rental rules
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit of 500.00 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.

- No safety fence around the pool
