La casa di Olga is a lovely vacation home complete with everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation in Salento, in the Gallipoli area.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets and electric oven. In the inner courtyard there are also outdoor shower, barbecue and relaxation area.
Pets are allowed. Located in Chiesanuova, a small hamlet of Sannicola, the house offers up to 5 beds.

The entrance to the vacation home is into a vaulted living room, furnished with 1 double sofa bed and equipped with air conditioning and TV. The sleeping area is 1 triple room with double bed + pouf bed, air-conditioned.
From the small kitchen you exit to the back garden, partly shaded, equipped for outdoor dining, sunbathing and equipped with outdoor shower and barbecue.

La casa di Olga is located in the small town of Chiesanuova, a hamlet of Sannicola, just 5 km from the beaches of Rivabella, Padula Bianca and Lido Conchiglie.
Essential services are present in Chiesanuova. Less than 7 km away is the town of Gallipoli, with its beautiful historic center, beaches, shopping streets etc.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- IBed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mosquitos net just in the bedroom.
