„Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. “

„Don't hesitate, just book it! Property was great, neighbor was great, location was perfect! From the pull through driveway to the .25 mile trip to either trail 11 or 12, this property is a hit! Inside has been updated nicely, very clean and beds were comfortable. Bring charcoal because the park style grill is great. Fire pit and provided firewood are an added bonus even though we were too tired to use them! Did I mention great location? In one day, we were able to start at the Buffalo ...

„We had an awesome stay. The place was super clean. It smelled so good in our room. Description was very accurate. We used the grill outside and had a fire. Was super close to trails gas and food. Communication with the owner was great. They were here when we got here. Super nice people. Street in front of place was busy with side by side traffic. ( it was a Holiday weekend). When you were in the room was very quiet. Nice showers with enough hot water for all 4 of us. Highly ...
