This holiday home is located in the private village of Cala Paradiso in Capo Coda Cavallo, within the Tavolara Marine Protected Area. A private pebble and sandy bay is a three-minute walk away, and seven beaches are within walking distance. There is one double bedroom, a mezzanine with three single beds, a living room with a kitchenette and one bathroom. There is a garden with a table, sun loungers and a barbecue, as well as air conditioning, Wi-Fi and free parking in the village. Our local host will welcome you and assist you throughout your stay.

The house is embellished with traditional Sardinian craftsmanship and comprises:
- A large living room with sliding glass doors featuring a sofa, table, chairs, and a 32-inch smart TV.
- A small, separate kitchenette with a fridge, an oven, a washing machine and a window.
- A recently refurbished bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bidet.
- A large mezzanine above the living room with blackout blinds, featuring three single beds, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail and a window.
- A double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a window.
- An outdoor patio which is always shaded, with a table, chairs and a barbecue, where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner overlooking the lawn and sea.

There is Daikin air conditioning throughout the house.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Situated in the renowned area of Capo Coda Cavallo, this property is an ideal location for families and nature lovers. Overlooking the picturesque Tavolara nature reserve, it is within easy walking distance of several beaches and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bustling town of San Teodoro is also just 7.5 km away.

The house is located just 250 metres from three small, secluded pebble coves at Cala Paradiso.
The nearest large, white-sand beach is Cala Suaraccia (Le Farfalle), 650 metres away, or Salina Bamba, 850 metres away.

There are six other beaches nearby, all within walking distance: Cala Brandinchi (20 minutes – 2.1 kilometres), Cala Suaraccia (10 minutes – 1 kilometre), Baia Salinedda (10 minutes – 850 metres), Salina Bamba (15 minutes – 850 metres), Lu Impostu (30 minutes – 3.5 kilometres) and Punta Est (20 minutes – 3 kilometres).

The immediate vicinity offers a supermarket, bar, restaurant, cash machine, beauty salon, bike hire, dinghy hire, SUP hire and a diving centre.

Rental terms and conditions:

1) A security deposit of €300 is required, which is fully refundable upon check-out, provided that the property is found to be in good condition.

2) A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day. Our guests are also entitled to a €1 discount per person on paid beaches in San Teodoro.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the holiday rental agreement in order to comply with the legal requirements of the Sardinian region. At check-in, all guests must present their identity documents or send them in advance, along with the signed holiday rental agreement.
