„The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, the view of Lake Ilopango is amazing! My complain is with the pool and jacuzzi, it was dirty and not well maintained to be this kind of hotel. I asked about it and they said they were going to clean it and turn on the filter to clean it but I went back the next day and it was still dirty that it doesn’t look safe to swim. The bugs and insects are all over the place specially at night time and even inside the room but that is hard to control I ...
