Luxury Villa Xololo at secluded Beach La Boquilla, Oaxaca, Pacifico

Villa Xololo is located at the end of a dirt and gravel road which leads to Playa del Muerto. Playa la Boquilla is around 1,5 km away and you will have a beautiful view to playa la Boquilla. It sits high (aprox .400 m) above the sea and there is a steep walking path (330 steps) down to playa del muerto. The beautiful and brandnew villa with the latest generation of high speed Starlink internet and all amenities a luxury, mexican pacific coast home can dream of, overlooks playa la boquilla (15 min walk/5 min drive) and playa del muerto (steep pathway leading down directly from the house) and the wild pacific ocean. Most of the time you will bet there by yourself and you can enjoy that romantic and wild landscape with the waves of the sternly energetic Pacific Ocean.

Our house and loft is for the seeker of special and more adventurous places, it is for the one who loves hidden gems and not the usual touristic trap, it is for the one who loves secluded places and wants to disconnect from the usual and who want to walk new and different ways ;-)

It is a brand new house and built in modern style. It offers very good ventilation/ventilators and mosquito net doors in the bedrooms and from November also aircondition and it is very well equipped.

The road to the house is rustic and with gravel and Stones, it can be rough. But at the end the beautiful villa Xololo with all its amenities awaits you!

Dear guest, I love traveling the world and love to rent out my personal places. I love to share with my fellow people and I love to share with likeminded folks. I am a world citizen and I created the villa Xololo and its loft as a place of get together and happiness and as a hidden gem in a secluded area and one of the most beautiful beaches. I hope you can appreciate that and you can see the effort and strive for the best I put into villa Xololo and the loft. Try to walk new ways... try to relax into the energy of that place, try to walk and sweat and enjoy it, try to leave the car where it is and walk the path to the beach, try to not take your cell phone, try to watch nature, ocean and xololos (hermit crabs) or even sometimes turtles and their babies and wales. Try to change the speed of your thoughts, try to give in ... ;-)

Right next to our villa Xololo/loft find on Playa la Boquilla (walk 1,5 kilometers or 15-20 minutes or drive in 5 min) my beloved hotel Bahia de la luna. Enjoy a margarita or other cocktail or food and drinks while stretching your legs into white sand and lounging in the shade. sometimes you can see huge turtles laying their eggs or sometimes their babies seeking to reach the sea. I also love el comedor la costenita right at the entrance of la Boquilla. Here you get the best aguachile and the best shrimps / camarones. Comedor Shadany at the entrance from the main road to the road to la boqillla is also a nice place and they also bring you food to the house.

I used to live in Mazunte, which is a beautiful little hippie and yoga / meditation / healing village just 35 minutes ( by car away from Villa Xololo. I love to stay more quiet and dive into happenings and places just occasionally, that is why I love the secluded location of my house.

San Agustinillo is next to mazunte, a beautiful and quiet family village, great for surfing.

Right next to it and only about 20-25 min. by car from casa Xololo/Loft you will find Zipolite - Mexico's only nudist beach. I love Zipolite, it is very close to villa Xololo and is a very open, energetic and International (still very Mexican) place with a beautiful and long and impressive beach with high waves and a large number of cool beach clubs (hotel naked and Hotel nude), bars and restaurants. Make sure you have lunch or dinner at El Alquimista, one of my favourite spots in Zipolite.

Puerto Angel is the next village (around 7 kilometers or around 15-20 min by car) from the villa. it is a very local fishing village. you can buy everything there, they even have an Oxo, pharmacy, doctor, vegetable shops and lots of places where you can find the best fresh fish and shrimps and seafood. there is a big supermercado 7 regions and they have everything there.

Potchutla is around 11 kilometers away and the biggest town in the area.

To reach the house you drive in direction of hotel Bahia de la luna but do not go down to the beach la Boquilla but continue straight at the cemetery (pantheon Ebano). From there is only 800 m but the road (depending on the season and wheater) can be especially rough. Driving down from the cemetery you will only come to one real crossing, you will take a sharp right and continue the road (passing a black modern garage building on the left, a construction site - or maybe soon finished house, and another finished house with a palm roof) until you reach a parking overlooking the sea and the house Xololo. Please park your car in a way that a second car can be parked. thank you.

For a surcharge you can book a very good Mexican chef and also cleaning service as often as you like.
