„I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10. I do not recommend booking the Dubai suite but other rooms are a must. Manager is super nice and he acknowledged the issue. Front desk lady was somewhat passive aggressive about it she tried to deny the ...

„This property is advertised as a two bedroom two bath. It is not true. When you get is a one bedroom, one bath with a bedroom being on the second floor in the bath on the first floor and a very, very tight dangerous spiral stairs between the downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. Turns out they say a second bed and bath is in a shack on the property that is now being used for storage. Regarding the property that you do get, the second floor bedroom is wood flooring that pops and creeks tremendously ...

„First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular. The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. The shower was broken and leaking so bad that it here were about six towels on the floor keeping the bathroom from flooding. When we arrived, the floor was not clean — it was covered in dirt, hair, crumbs, etc. The furniture, the doors, ...

„Do not know where to start. WE PREPAID when we registered, but the owner said we needed to make another full. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. The couch is a very very old futon that looks like it has been picked off the street. The front door knob came off the second time we used it (it was loose and was about to fall off when we arrived). The owner tried to make us pay for the ...

„This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour.
I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant.“
