Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We stayed at the Caye Hotel - SP for four nights (sun-thurs) in March 2026. The rooms were clean, beds firm but comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations of things to do, places to eat. Staff also offered to set up our snorkeling tour, golf cart rental, and water taxi tickets. They offered us water bottles and refilled our waters. They had small coolers and ice to be used for our day trips and towels for our beach outings. Their beach area was also shared with the restaurant/bar, so although there are places to sit its table & chairs type situation. You can find other beach and pool areas to use outside the hotel. The restaurant/bar had music Sunday night until 10pm, which was a little loud in our room but we were tired and still able to fall asleep. Where our room was located we could see the ocean out the window but I would not say we had an “ocean view” room. The location was great, walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and we walked from the airport. There was a snorkeling company right out front of the hotel which was very convenient. Overall great stay and I would stay here again.
