Alle verfügen über französische Türen, die sich direkt zum privaten Swimmingpool und Whirlpool öffnen, ganz zu schweigen von der atemberaubenden Aussicht und der Brise.

    Die Coral Bay Villas sind ein kleiner, ruhiger Komplex, der sich an Gäste über 18 Jahren richtet. Egal, ob Sie Ruhe, Abenteuer oder etwas von allem suchen, wir laden Sie ein, zu kommen, unsere sauberen, komfortablen Unterkünfte zu genießen und unser unglaubliches Inselparadies zu erleben.

    Unser hübscher Komplex liegt nur fünfzehn Minuten zu Fuß südlich von San Pedro Town - nah genug, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Klänge der Stadt zu genießen, aber weit genug entfernt, um wirklich Ruhe zu finden. Restaurants und Märkte sind nur wenige Gehminuten von unseren Villen entfernt. Die Gäste können die Insel zu Fuß erkunden oder wir können einen Golfwagenverleih arrangieren.

Enjoyed my stay

I liked not being downtown. The location was wonderful for us. The view is exactly what you see and just a few steps from the ocean. Any tour you need has on-site assistance but we walked the dock and used Ambergris Drivers. Le Roy the happy man was beyond helpful and we enjoyed every snokeling trip we had.

Great property with everything you need that's in a good location close to everything. Only negative with the Dolphin suite was a low water pressure problem which may be a town supply issue not a property issue. Sargassum (sea grass) on the beach can also be an issue at certain times but this is the case everywhere throughout the Southern Caribbean. Cleanup is ongoing at most resorts including Hidden Treasure. The Bottom line is that we would definitely stay here again.

Nice villa, terrible location due to construction

The rental was clean had everything we needed. The staff was excellent. The pool and jacuzzi were nice to use on non-snorkel days. There was loud construction next door every day 7am to 5pm.....and 1 night until 10pm. Simon the manager did his best to mitigate the situation. That we were gone snorkeling most everyday made the villa location bearable. Without the noise we would have given the villa itself, Simon, Freddie, the onsite lady manager all 5 stars.

Beautiful Place!

The condo is beautiful, clean and ample. Unfortunately, the construction going on next door was a bit too much for us and asked to be moved. Simon, with the property management was the kindest more understanding person ever. He communicated and understood our concerns and did not hesitate finding a different location for us to go. Sure that once construction is completed, this venue will be an amazing to stay. The view is amazing😍 Thank you Simon, our anniversary was amazing❣️

We will be returning!

Incredible property! Communication with owner was great. We flew standby and ended up not leaving the day we intended. After talking with them ahead of time, we planned for this, and they held the day and didn't charge us till we knew we would need it. The room was amazing, clean, and so nice. A saint left some after sun lotion in the bathroom, it was a life saver after snorkeling. The pool and hot tub looking out over the ocean was magical. Great location to many things you can walk to, especially The Baker, Black and White, and The Island Jungle bar. All were visited multiple times by us. Not if, but WHEN we return, we will be staying in the same property for sure!

We have stayed at Coral Bay several times and each time we are pleased to see everything continues to be top notch. I don’t care for the no daily pick up service and the $100 cleaning fee. It should be included in your rates. The rates have already gone up(understandably) why not include cleaning fee? It is a part of the lodging business. It also makes it difficult to decide who and how much to tip the staff.

No restaurant or bar onsite. No real beach to speak of. I mean there was beach, but not much & it wasn't conducive to getting in the water. It is a nice quiet place if that what you want & can deal with warmth inside.

Walking distance to a grocery store and fruit stands. The villa itself was well equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals. Comfy beds with air conditioning. If sunrises are your thing this is the perfect place. Can’t bear the view! I would recommend a room on the second floor. The first floor open directly to the pool and are not as private. If you are into spa treatments they will arrange an in villa treatment. Highly recommend Andrea and a coconut coffee scrub.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is about a 15-20 minute beachside stroll from downtown San Pedro. San Pedro is full of people and can be loud, whereas Coral Bay is quiet. Coral bay is close to plenty of restaurants and stores, but without the hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Freddy, Elsa, and Oscar absolutely make this place wonderful to visit again and again - we were here on our honeymoon ten years ago and we keep coming back. Great location close to everything including our favorite golf cart rental folks and a wonderful laundry spot. I think they are working on some improvements but all you ever need to do is ask one of the folks at the property and they will do absolutely EVERYTHING in their power to make sure you have a wonderful stay. I would recommend Coral Bay Villas to anyone looking for a competitively priced in-town stay with all the quiet lovely pool and hot tub time you could ever want, and unparalleled people.

Belize Vacataion

Coral Bay was an amazing property. We really liked the layout and the pool and view were exceptional. Very friendly and attentive staff (Elsa and Freddie) always ready to help. Neighbors and other folks staying in different units some of which are owners - were very helpful and friendly as well with directions and guidance. South side of the island better for overall location in our opinion, and we will be back!

Quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at Coral Bay Villas. Freddy, Elsa and Oscar were helpful and friendly. The Villa was clean and quiet and in a central location. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Thank you!

Elsa and Freddy helped us whenever needed. The workers on the property were just as friendly. We love the people of Belize and the low-key lifestyle of Ambergris Caye.
