Bermuda Palms #1 is a ground-level, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. This beautiful, fully furnished and updated unit includes a spacious balcony and an enviable view of the ocean. This community offers a pool, a swim-up bar, and a sandy beach as a front yard.

The main living area provides a spacious kitchen and a living area with chairs and sofa.  The expansive primary bedroom with a very comfortable king bed has plenty of storage and a private toilet and shower in the bathroom. Next to the living area, you will find another bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. 

The unit sleeps up to 4 people and all rooms have air-conditioning, free WIFI (100MB speed!), and the primary bedroom and living room each have a new TV. A grocery store and coffee drive-thru are only steps away for your convenience.



Our concierge service can assist you with your domestic (Belize) travel and tours/excursions. If you are traveling from the mainland to Ambergris Caye/San Pedro by water taxi, we can arrange for your ground transportation from the international airport in Belize City (BZE) to the water taxi terminal and have your water taxi tickets waiting for you. If traveling by air, we can book your flight from BZE to San Pedro. Golf carts are the main mode of transportation on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro and are perfect for exploring the island. We can make a golf cart reservation for you so your cart is waiting for you upon arrival.

Some of our rental properties provide water sports equipment, bicycles, grills, and beach games free of charge. If provided, they will be listed in the property's amenities.

Activities on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro are definitely water-related, as Belize has the second-largest barrier reef in the world. There are snorkeling and scuba diving trips just a short boat ride from shore. Flats fly fishing, reef fishing, or deep-sea fishing can be booked for half or full-day trips. Kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, kite boards, windsurfers, and bicycles can be rented by the hour. You can spend hours beach combing and stopping for cool beverages up and down the coast at a multitude of beach bars. Many beach bars have live local music to entertain you. Get a birds-eye view of the island and turquoise blue waters by parasailing or even book a helicopter tour. If spending a relaxing day on the water aboard a catamaran or sailboat excites you, we are happy to coordinate. The movie theater might appeal to you after the sun goes down, as might an educational boat tour to search for crocodiles in their natural habitat. There's even a casino on the island if you're feeling lucky! We can also schedule on-site services such as massage and a private chef.

The town of San Pedro sits on the Caribbean island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. It is a beautiful tropical paradise in a developing country. Although most areas on the island are connected to electricity, water, and internet, please be aware that there are occasional interruptions in service. Planned interruptions in service are announced by the local utility companies, and we strive to inform our guests as quickly as we are notified. When interruptions occur that are unplanned, the locals go about making the most of their day until service is restored. Keep in mind that the climate is tropical. We experience trade winds, periods of rain (and occasionally brilliant lightning), and insects. Geckos commonly find their way indoors, but they are harmless and eat insects!
