„This is a total sham. A con job. I did not get anything till the last day of this luxurious suite. I originally reserved a house with pool and hot tub. It was a bait and switch, never got an email confirming reservation because you all were giving me a dump of a room, not a house that I reserved. The room is very small the furniture is from the Salvation Army. I have plenty of photos to share with the bbb and all on Facebook.
