„Small fenced side yard. Backyard was not fenced. It would be nice if the backyard was fenced we had to hand out in the small side yard due to it being the only area that had a fence. Very cool historic house and great location. “

The outside is very unkept; lots of weeds and leaves from the fall that hadn’t been cleared out, ripped awnings, random items from household (plastic dog food container, a dolly etc.) laying around, string lights falling off house and half don’t work.
