Relax in this spacious and quiet space, located in the Kanajuyu Forest Reserve, an exclusive area of Guatemala City where you find peace and serenity, close to the new US embassy and the beautiful Cayala promenade. During your visit you will have the opportunity to marvel at the beautiful view from the spacious balcony, and walk quietly around the area, where you can take beautiful photographs to make your trip memorable, you will feel at home.
The space
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

In the master room you will find a very comfortable large double pillow bed, with duvets and cotton sheets, in addition to cold night blankets, with a beautiful view of the balcony and a large TV, in the spacious walking closet you can condition your clothes and if you need to wash, dry and iron you will also find all the supplies to do so. The shower in the bathroom in the room is a hot waterfall where you will have personal hygiene products on hand during your stay.

The secondary room is equipped with two beds, one single and one very comfortable double pillow with comforters and cotton sheets, in addition to some cozy blankets. View from balcony view is beautiful, it also comes with a TV and bathroom.

The room has a comfortable soca bed where you will have the opportunity to rest, read or watch your favorite series in streaming.

The apartment has two parking spaces.
